Parsberg-Lupburg on good bike trails, accessible, but sections left natural between Beratzhausen and Laaber. Mountain or trek bikes suit best here. The tour passes through the heart of the Bavarian Jura. The bike trail follows the natural, practically untouched, course of the Schwarzen Laber from its origin in Neumarkt i.d.OPf. to its termination into the Danube. Craggy cliffs, secrete moors and sunny valley meadows edge the trail, inviting to take a rest and enjoy the magic of this ancient cultural landscape.
