Tour buses & passenger ships

You can plan an entirely individualized vacation in the region with the tour buses and passenger ships.

Tour buses travel between Regensburg–Kelheim–Riedenburg and in the Amberg – Sulzbacher-Land. In the Altmühl Valley, there is the Kanal-Altmühl-Express.

Travelling by ship on the Danube and Altmühl

Danube: There are boarding stations in Regensburg and Kelheim. Taking a trip to the Danube cross-through is recommended. Ship boarding stations: Kelheim/Donau and Kloster Weltenburg.

Altmühl: Line Kelheim - Riedenburg with ship boarding at Kelheim/Altmühltal (Niederdörfl), Essing, Prunn and Riedenburg.
Line Beilngries – Berching.
