Start at the Iron Bridge in Regensburg. From here, head north via Stadtamhof to the Regental Bike Trail. There is a rest point at the park area on the Regen in Pielmühle after 4 km. In Regenstauf, there is the castle and the LBV bird and environmental station as a side trip before the route branches in Diesenbach on the Naab-Regen Bike Trail. Then head via Eitlbrunn and through the Schwaighausener Forest to Wolfsegg, where the legendary Weiße Frau awaits bike riders. In Heitzenhofen, the tour meets up with the Naabtal and Five Rivers Bike Trails toward Pielenhofen. Here, considers a visit to the monastery church along with a trip into Pielenhofen. The route then continues via Etterzhausen to Mariaort with another famous Wallfahrt church. After crossing the Danube, you reach the Danube Bike Trail to follow back to the starting point.
