The 300-kilometre cycling route has been exemplary divided into five different route levels. Of course, taking on an individually customized route level is possible. The entire cycle path is consistent with the logo and marked in clockwise direction. Overall, the complete round-trip is largely family friendly with the exception of street traffic and the lack of slope gradient. Lastly, in the area of Neukirchen at Sulzbach-Rosenberg (E4) there are a few slope gradients because the European watersheds must be overcome here. Whoever may not want to complete all five route levels can customize the individual tour variations compiled from tour variants of choice.
